The following will guide you through the log-in process for the helpdesk with your Trust credentials (NUH login). If you do not have a Trust account, for instance if you are an ex-employee, you can find out guide for logging in without one here.
When you first go to the helpdesk website you will be greeted by the following screen. If you are not greeted by this screen you can select 'Login' in the top right corner of the page to reach this screen. To sign in please click on "Login here" next to "Are you a customer?". This can be done both connected to the trust VPN, on-site and off-site. For the majority of users this will immediately sign them in to use the portal and the rest of this guide can be disregarded.
This will take you to the following screen, please select "Sign in with SSO".
This will then take you to the following screen in order to input your trust credentials to sign in. For some people clicking "Sign in with SSO " will immediately log them in and the following steps need not be followed if that is the case.
This should then log you in to the helpdesk to allow you to raise a ticket and view your existing tickets. It is possible that you receive a screen saying "More information is required", in this case you will need to set up multi-factor authentication, you can find our guide on setting up multi-factor authentication here.
If multi-factor authentication is set up it may require a verification code as shown below. If so please open your Microsoft authentication app and click on the "Nottingham University Hospitals" option, then input the 6 digit code shown on your phone into the log in screen. If it appears to be set up but you do not have this application installed on your phone then please go to the ICT self service portal and raise a ticket requesting multi-factor authentication to be reset and then follow the above guide once this has been completed.
If you are still having problems with signing in please contact [email protected] and we will help you with this process.
